How GullySport uses health data

The My Fitness screen in the GullySport app can read activity data from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). This page explains exactly what it reads and what happens to it.

What we read

Only after you tap Connect and allow it on your phone's permission screen, GullySport reads:

  • Steps
  • Walking and running distance
  • Active energy (calories burned while moving)

We read the last 7 days, to show today's total and a weekly chart. GullySport never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, and never asks for any other health data.

What we do with it

  • It is shown to you, on your phone, on the My Fitness screen. That is its only use.
  • It is not uploaded to GullySport's servers or stored in your account.
  • It is not shared with other players, teams, organisers, sponsors or any third party.
  • It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or deciding anything about you.
  • It is not sold, and it is not used to train AI models.

The app remembers two settings on your phone only: your daily step goal, and whether you connected.

Your choices

  • Connecting is optional. The rest of GullySport works the same without it.
  • Change or remove access any time: on iPhone, the Health app → Profile → Apps → GullySport; on Android, Health Connect → App permissions → GullySport.
  • Tap Disconnect on the My Fitness screen to stop reading. Because nothing is stored on our servers, there is nothing to delete there.

Children

Players under 18 can use My Fitness with a parent's permission. The data never leaves the phone.

Changes and contact

If we ever want to use health data in a new way (for example team step challenges), we will ask you first, in the app, before anything changes. Questions: admin@ibullinnovation.com.
